Sunday
the 21st of February, 2005 was a big day for Tina Collings and
Brian Monette. It was the day of their Fantasy Wedding. It was
also a big day for the Acting Company because Tina and Brian chose
to have their wedding in the Acting Company Theater.
In front of a full house of family, friends, and fellow actors,
these two Acting Company regulars exchanged vows to love, honor,
and keep on acting.

|
The
wedding theme was a Renaissance fantasy complete with the wedding
party and many of the guests adorn in Renaissance costumes. Tina's
romantic gown, made of white crushed satin and velvet trimmed in
lace, was the focal point of the Renaissance theme.
|
|
Brian's
swash buckling tuxedo costume offered the perfect compliment to
Tina's dress and further enhanced the romantic Renaissance fantasy
theme.

|
The
handmaidens, also known as Tina & Brian's nieces, were adorably
dressed as little fairies. These little actors-in-the-making, entertained
family and guests as they frolicked about the stage.
|
|
They
further enhanced the romantic Renaissance
theme by offering wedding
guests the illusion of fairies fluttered
around the wedding party.

Tina's
maid of honor was Katie Hull. Daniel stood in as Brian's best
man while Shawn Measles witnessed the ceremony. The wedding was presided over by Eleanor Bordsen.

The
reception was held immediately after the ceremony in The Acting Company
lobby. The cake, goodies, and refreshments were all in keeping with
the Renaissance theme. I am sure this wedding will long be remembered,
not just by Brian & Tina and their guests, by also by the Acting
Company. This was our first and only wedding of our own actors in
our own theatre. |

would
like to congratulate Tina & Brian and wish them many years of
love and happiness.
